By registering with Miami Sky Mail you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to accept the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. You agree that your shipments may be transported through intermediate countries other than the country of departure, and we may substitute alternative carriers or aircraft. “You” the subscriber may also be referred to as the customer, consignee, box holder or anyone claiming interest in the shipment. Miami Skymail may also be referred to as “we”, ‘our” “us” and our subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents and subcontractors.


As a newly registered member of Miami Sky Mail, you will be provided with a unique account number, and will be authorized to use our physical street address for the delivery of your mail/packages.
The rights to the physical street address belong to owners of Miami Sky Mail LLC. Entry access to the property is restricted solely to our personnel.
You are only permitted to have mail/packages delivered to the street address which will be processed and forwarded to the final destination as noted on your account.
You are prohibited from using the facility street address for the purpose of registering companies in the USA, Europe and Asia.
We retain the right to change locations at any time and when deemed necessary, customers will be notified in advance of the action taken to ensure that customers, suppliers, cargo delivering agents are all informed beforehand.


  • We will receive packages on your behalf from any of these worldwide courier companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, US Postal Service
  • Personal deliveries by suppliers, friends or family. Government Identification may be required upon delivery
  • All packages and mail must be clearly marked with the correct address to avoid any delay in delivery
  • C.O.D. shipments are not be accepted unless prior arrangements are made with Management. C.O.D. shipments arriving at our facility will be automatically refused.
  • Customers are discouraged from sharing accounts/boxes. Please refer to RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT section for further details on the responsibility of the registered account holder.
  • The US Postal Service delivers a lot of unsolicited mail to US addresses, and we cannot determine what is junk from what is not. Any mail or packages addressed to your account and received at our facility will be delivered to you. In order to diminish the volume of unsolicited mail arriving to your account, we recommend that you opt out of mailing lists from your suppliers and websites frequented.


Two (2) attempts will be made to deliver your packages once it has arrived at the final destination. Delivery will occur during regular business hours 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Deliveries will not be attempted on the weekend, or public holidays. If no one is present to receive your packages when a delivery attempt is made, a note will be left to advising a failed delivery attempt. Your packages will then be redirected to our facility, and you may collect them or make arrangements to have the packages redelivered. Please contact your local agent to make arrangements. Packages not collected within 2 days may incur additional storage charges as determined by the local facility.


All cargo must be paid for upon delivery, C.O.D. Credit terms may be extended by the local handling agent and policies may vary. Contact your local agent for details. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages at any time for any reason.

Registered customers agree to be responsible for all due charges and payments, including membership subscriptions, transportation charges, all duties, customs assessments, governmental penalties and fines, taxes, brokerage fees, outlays, and our reasonable attorney fees and legal costs and disbursements related to package or shipments transported by Miami Sky Mail on behalf of each registered customer. You will be responsible to pay for all the charges associated with all packages you receive addressed to your account/box number, even if the packages received were unsolicited by you, were received opened or in a damaged condition, or the contents fail to correspond to the items you ordered. You will also be responsible for any costs we may incur in returning the shipment to you, the consignor, or warehousing it pending disposition. We are not obligated to advance any customs, government, or carrier's fees or assessments, penalties, fines, or any other accessorial clearance fees, and may at our sole discretion request certified funds or cash from you before submitting an entry for clearance to Customs. We have the right to suspend service should your account not be in good standing, until the amount due is paid in full, and you expressly acknowledge and agree with this right. In the event that payment is not made prior to or upon delivery, the outstanding balance shall bear an additional service and handling charge at the rate of 3% per month and we may turn the said account over to an attorney for collection. If we turn the balance over to an attorney for collection, there shall then be added to the balance due, as and for attorney fees, the actual reasonable fee to be paid to the attorney for his services.

Any dispute hereunder, including any dispute or claim which you may have, shall be heard exclusively in the courts of original jurisdiction, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision herein is found to be invalid, unenforceable, ambiguous and/or illegal, such provision shall not affect the remaining provisions, and such remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


A. Weight of packages are calculated according to the greater of the actual weight or volume of each package, and charges will apply accordingly

B. Upon request, packages arriving in large boxes can be repacked into smaller boxes. A Repacking Fee will apply as well as repacking terms and conditions.


A. You agree to use our facility address only for lawful purposes and shall conform to all federal, state, local government and postal regulations in the U.S. Europe, and Asia. You further agree that you shall not use, authorize the use of, or permit the facility shipping address to be used to send, deliver, receive, or store items such as cash, jewelry, Firearms, Narcotics, Pornography, Animal, skins Perishables, hazardous items. All noted listed are restricted and cannot be received, stored or shipped at our facility, nor will it be handled or transported by any carrier, air, land or sea, as contracted by Miami Sky Mail LLC.


All shipments may, at our option or at the request of governmental authorities, be opened and inspected by us or such authorities at any time.


Any cargo, packages, shipments, which are considered “restricted” or “hazardous” “dangerous goods”, by the Department of Transportation (DOT), the International Air Transportation Association (IATA), and/or the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), must be handled separately and will be shipped as regular air cargo or ocean cargo. Hazardous cargo requires special handling and documentation, and may incur additional costs. Basic published rates do not apply, and such shipments will be handled individually according to per shipment.


In an effort to offer a superior service, our staff will notify customers of marks or identifications which are received opened or in damaged condition upon arrival at our physical address. Customers will be notify by the local agents, of the opened or in damaged condition, and customers will not hold Miami Sky Mail, nor it’s personnel, agents, brokers responsible for any damage or loss claims. We will have not be held in liability or responsibility for any such claims.


Customers may purchase additional Insurance coverage prior to the dispatch of cargo from our US, Europe or Asia facility. Customers must contact our agents, to make advance arrangements prior to the receipt of the cargo at our facility, and all documentation must be submitted beforehand in order to secure additional insurance coverage. All requests must be made in writing and arranged and paid for in advance. In the event that insurance coverage is not secured prior to the dispatch of cargo from our facility, Miami Sky Mail, it’s employees, directors, agents and affiliates will not be held responsible for any claims made by customers.


We are not liable for any shipping delays, damages, loss of income, loss of business opportunity, breach of other contracts, arising from the handling of any shipment of goods or orders, even if the delay is our fault in retrieving a shipment, transporting the shipment, or delivering the shipment. We will not be liable for your acts or omissions, such as the declaration of goods, improper packaging, marking or addressing of the shipment, or for omissions by the consignor or consignee or anyone else with an interest in the shipment. We will not be liable if you or the consignor violates any of the terms of the agreement. We do not accept for shipment cash, currency, or other security instruments. We do not accept or pay on behalf of our customers C.O.D. shipments and will immediately refuse any shipment that arrives at any of our facilities demanding payment upon delivery, or C.O.D.
Also, we will not be held liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by any events we cannot control, including but not limited to acts of God, "force majeure", or the action or omissions of any governmental or public authority (including but not limited to customs or health officials), or omission by anyone outside of us. We reserve the right, without admitting liability, to refund transportation charges at its sole discretion, but are not obligated to do so.


1. You agree to pay all charges imposed by any government and/or agency, and/or the carrier with respect to your mail and packages.
2. You agree to pay any customs clearance charges imposed by us or our affiliates with respect to your mail and packages.
3. We reserve the right to adjust our charges to reflect any significant fluctuation in the exchange rates and you agree to pay any and all such additional charges with respect to your mail and packages.
4. Shipments valued under …….. CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) will be cleared automatically as a "Non-Trade Entry" by us unless prior arrangements have been made
5. For shipments valued over ……… CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) the Comptroller of Customs and Excise requests that a "Formal Entry" be submitted. Upon receipt of your written authorization and power of attorney, we will prepare, make an entry, and clear the goods on your behalf for an additional fee. If you prefer to process the shipment yourself the inbound paperwork will be delivered to you.
6. Duties, taxes, VAT, levies, imposts, deposits, or outlays, and other charges are not included in the shipping rates and will be determined by Customs, agencies, carriers, or similar authorities using the vendor's or supplier's invoice that accompanies the goods.


Your subscription is for one year, effective from the date your application is approved and will be renewed automatically, unless we are notified to the contrary in writing, by you, thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of this agreement.

This agreement can be terminated by us giving you thirty days notice in writing. In such cases, fees will not be refunded nor prorated. You will still be held responsible for all charges resulting from arrival of any and all mail and/or packages thereafter. In addition, upon termination we will have the right to return all mail or merchandise to the sender and charge your account for that service based on the published courier tariff in effect at that time.
